Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Gen 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

Gen 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Gen 2:4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,
Gen 2:5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.

Since I started my daily Bible reading through the God’s Word beginning in Genesis, I have come to a deeper understanding on the Power of God’s Word, especially when I re-read the process of God creating the Earth and the heavens. It struck me yesterday when I read from Gen 2:3-5, particularly verse 5, that the Lord’s Power is so great that things grew and were without any assistance of man in the planting or the growing process, it was All His Spoken Word which brought forth Life. It was His Work alone, no man assisted in it for man had not been created. What struck me “again” is that anything “right and good” begins with God’s spoken Word and Will and the similarity or I should say the “process” with the beginning of the Salvation of a human soul is the same working Miracle. Whatever is His Will it shall be done without any assistance from man or any other source, for All Life comes from and begins from the Will of God and His
endless patient forthcoming mercy. It is the same working miracle mercy as it was from the foundation of the creation of the Earth and the heavens.

So after reading the following scriptures one can clearly see that God intends and rightly so, to receive All the Glory for His incredible Life giving Mercy. That when the Lord desires something to come forth and grow even from a darkened soul, nothing in all the Universe can stop His Will. And also I take note that each development in the creation of the earth and every living thing had it’s appropriate time and place within the scheme of things.

When He decided it was the ‘time’ nothing could stop Him from His purpose and plan. So it is with the Salvation of a soul chosen for eternal life, and not only man’s first initial “spiritual birth” but it is the same principal for man’s continual “sanctification”. When God Promises to bring forth Righteousness in the furthering of a man’s growth into His likeness of character ie; Holiness, Righteousness and Truth. He shall do it, for it is
written, therefore it will be done, without any “tilling” from man. For even our Faith in Him and His Word comes from Him. So we believe, for He has given us the Grace to believe and trust and rest in His Word and His capabilities.

Heb_12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Php_1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

So therefore all of the devotional readings for today confirms my understanding of what I have been given by the Lord to impress upon me and continue on with my Faith and Trust in Him, in Him Alone and nothing else. In Jesus Name all has been made possible, Glory to God in the Highest! Amen. Thank you Lord for strengthening my Faith in You and Your Living Word, who is the Christ our Lord.

Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Isa_1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

May the Lord grant whoever may read this, the Gift of Salvation unto Righteousness, being washed in His shed Blood, and sealed with the Holy Spirit, born of the Spirit, and not of the flesh. For only HE is the only True Lover of our Soul, a Living God who careth for us…it’s a Love unspeakable, a Priceless treasure, who could imagine one so Real and True, where no darkness whatsoever dwells in Him………A love so true, so pure so Holy…..the Beauty of His Holiness…….will take your breath away…..

May the Lord bless each and everyone, who reads this, and may HE grant you the Grace to grow deeper in Knowing Him, and Him alone.

In HIS eternal love…..

  1. I think God makes no plans or purposes, that to him everything that ever was and ever will be is right now present tense-
    “I Am that I Am.”
“Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.”
    “Behold, now is the day.”
“The Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”

  2. Okay,
First how are you? It’s been a while so are you in Florida?
Your statement “God makes no plans or purposes, that to him everything that ever was and ever will be is right now present tense”?
This has no clarity, can you explain better what you are trying to convey, with scriptures that will pin-point your thoughts?
It’s all very convoluted to me……
    Thank you….
    Lord bless you!

    1. Wow, sorry I didn’t respond quicker- didn’t get a notification.

Yes, I arrived yesterday at 9:30 AM. 2 nights on the road “sleeping” in the backseat, so slept like a baby last night.

Okay, I was simply giving my opinion based on many such scriptures. For example, time itself is part of God’s creation- we’re eternal, we’ve always been known of God. So I don’t know, I may be wrong.

      1. Greetings, that is okay, I have noticed I do not always receive notifications either, so I just check.
Well I’m glad you had a good sleep.
Yes, I’ve made it to Florida driving from Montreal in two days. One night in a hotel in Richmond VA, then on to destination the following day. it’s a nice drive.

Well enjoy the freedom in Florida, I wish I could leave, and return to USA. Lord knows…..

I still do not understand what you are trying to say in response to my article. The scriptures you are referring too may help, but I see no correlation to the subject at hand.

I particularly do not understand your statement; “I think God makes no plans or purposes, that to him everything that ever was and ever will be is right now present tense-”

        Sorry……

      2. Hey Cal, no need be sorry. “I AM THAT I AM” is the center of my universe. ‘Christ in me’ is perpetual relationship with God via his Spirit in me. There’s never a gap, nor ever has been (Jeremiah 1:5). Before I was saved I was a lost sheep he was seeking.

  3. You mean this: Jer 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

I am still not understanding what you mean “There’s never a gap, nor ever has been”
Gap, there are always a Gap, between what God has promised, and His carrying out His promise. God has a perfect timing, Jesus entered the world at God’s Appointed time, just as David, Jeremiah, and all the other prophets etc.,
That is why we are taught to patiently “wait” upon Him, and He shall bring forth what He intends to do in His Timing, in His Way. for and according to His Purposes…..

Here is a scripture: Ecc 3:11 He hath made every thing beautiful in his time:
There is a time and a season for everything………..
So do you agree that the Lord has His timing for everything? Yes, He knows what is too happen in eternity, past, present and future………but He still has His timing………..

Rom_8:24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
Rom_8:25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Do you see what I am trying to say? So can you explain what you are meaning by “there’s never a gap”, so I truly will understand what biblical point you are trying to portray.
    Thank you…..
    Lord bless you…

    1. There’s a good passage, Ecc 3:11. “.. also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
So perhaps I’m at a forbidden place, a knowledge that God has sealed. I need to stay focused on him alone. Thanks for your patience!

      1. Okay, now I am truly confused.
What do mean by being “I’m at a forbidden place, a knowledge that God has sealed.”
        “Being focused on Him alone.”
Knowing the Mind of Christ is never forbidden, matter of fact “knowing the mind of Christ” is encouraged by the Lord and His Apostles.
Jesus Said “Joh_17:22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
1Co 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
1Co 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
1Co 2:11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
1Co 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
1Co 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
1Co 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
1Co 2:15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
1Co 2:16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
So I do think, you need to ask the Lord to be more spiritually minded, and ask the Holy Spirit to teach you, which He does:
1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
It would seem, you are presently learning from other’s, because what you are stating is not from a Biblical standpoint but from a fleshly human reasoning mind.
I will pray for you…….as the Lord leads me.
        The Lord bless you…….
        In His Love……

      2. Focusing on Christ alone sees him in all circumstances, I’m trusting to his sovereignty. As Christ walked, “Follow me.” Yes, ‘Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ.’ Submissive to the Father. Thank you! I appreciate your friendship.
